Drove an hour for my appointment only to have it cancelled by there receptionists. I followed instructions to call back as instructed for confirmation for my appointment. After talking about my situation Doctor couldn’t fit me in. Told to reschedule. My time is valuable just like anyone else’s. There was no apology or excuses except I did something wrong. I just started treatment, staff nice and helpful, just after 3 sessions, I can feel a difference.
I first met Dr Toon when I was at my wit's end with severe pain from my knees to my toes. Each step was excruciating! He told me that I had severe plantar faciatis in both feet and large burn spurs in both heels which was causing swelling and neuropathy. I could barely walk and I was miserable.
