Twin Health is powered by AI. The AI machine just kept hanging-up on me during my initial call. To get any of the benefits of this program, you have to go through a lot of hoops. This company was listed as a benefit for employees, but it was not helpful or easy to use due to their reliance on AI and they don’t inform you that you have to travel to one of their locations for labs to do bloodwork to use the benefit. By far one of the best decisions I have ever made, was joining Twin Health. It feels really good having them as accountability partners in this journey to treat my diabetes. They leave no stone unturned in all the strategies needed to keep me on track. I love tracking, recording, and modifying my journey through the app. I love you twin!!!!
Twin Health has definitely made me look harder at the choices that I am making. When I would normally choose a fatty dish, I choose salad. I've learned so much in just a month. I've got a ways to go, but Twin Health is with me for my journey.
No bed side manner from anyone on the medical team. Care team is a joke. These people are only interested in collecting metrics for their spread sheets to attract new customers. They do not care about your health or you as a person. Days to get a response on anything. Cannot work with my PCP on my health journey and am now stuck with a faceless app full of inattentive people who just don't care.
