Would give 0 stars if I could. Main guy spent 20 seconds in my house because he legally had to. His assistant spent 4 minutes in the house. Report took over a month to get and they used very outdated comps. Pray banks don't assign this company to you.
run, far far away. My appraisal came back $55K less then county assessment??? How does that happen in a healthy economy? Plus they took months to complete the appraisal. They are messing with ppls lives.
