Jack (the owner) has spent his life caring for the people of his community. He made it his personal responsibility to go shop to provide groceries for those unable to easily get out of Westport when the Red Apple closed down. Even though Shop & Kart is now in the place of Red Apple Jack still brings groceries into the pharmacy with far less of a markup then the one down the street. Too much tourist trinkets and not enough health and beauty
the store is great but the pharmacy is a joke. rude staff and horrible service.

I had a horrible experience while the owner was not at the store. When the owner received my post he called me right away to try and make things better. I appreciate it very much. Still I deserve an apology from the weekend pharmacist and the very rude clerk. I did Not get it. The owner us a fantastic guy, the others not! You can't make a business work in a small town without truly good customer service. Thank you jack.
