I was super worried when I saw how bad some of the reviews are but then I saw they got a new property manager and the reviews about her were great. I went ahead and moved in and it has been awesome. Jalen really is on top of everything and I hope she stays forever! She address issues immediately and fixes it! Kurt/curt is so great about getting all the maintenance done in a timely manner and he’s very friendly! Roach infestation not even here a week saw over 50 roaches!!!!!!!!!
My person of contact is Jaylen and from the first time we spoke, I knew that I was going to like her! She was down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable about the property. I appreciated her transparency and willingness to help me with the application process as well as getting me closer to my new home! This is the type of customer service I expect from a property manager! The layout of the apartment was open. It was clean and truly ready!
