I absolutely have to say the new management is really doing the greatest to make the property look more homie. Jalen has definitely been wonderful her attitude is amazing, she is very understanding. If there is any maintenance request, she makes sure to have it done within the week if not sooner. Very grateful for all the things that are finally being done around twin gables and a huge shout out to her for following through to make it a better place for us.
I do pest control for this property and I have to say Jaylen, the manager, was fantastic today making sure to walk around the units with me and keeping a good attitude!
They charge people different prices for rent.also since I have lived here there was a body found in the woods at the apartments ,homeless people sleeping in the laundry room .. it’s very scary to walk in the laundry room to a grown man sleeping at the door!I’ll stop now , cause I have to much to write!
Quiet in yet peace is found
Not gonna lie, the reviews had me scared. But I had a really smooth process. Iris the property manager was on it! No issues with communication, any questions I had (which was a lot) lol. My unit is really CLEAN. Fresh new paint, carpet. So far so good. No bugs or rodents. I’m pleased.
