Not gonna lie, the reviews had me scared. But I had a really smooth process. Iris the property manager was on it! No issues with communication, any questions I had (which was a lot) lol. My unit is really CLEAN. Fresh new paint, carpet. So far so good. No bugs or rodents. I’m pleased.
This place was OKAY when i moved in 4 years ago but now everyone should avoid this place at all costs! trash everywhere, no office manager at the office, EVER. loud neighbors, the maintenance man is great and does what he can but doesn’t speak english. homeless man living in the woods right by the complex, homeless man was living in the laundry room. mice, roaches…. ETC!!! if you want a quiet community do not come here.
Dealt with them twice. We had just bought a restaurant in the area and was going to take over the apartment the previous owner had. We were 5 minutes late to go look at the inside when he called and told us that he found someone else. Then I called again today and when he called us back asked how many people were staying. We said 2 but our son would sometimes visit. I said he would visit not stay but the guy said that we can't have 3 people stay and then just hung up on us.
Giving credit when it's due our maintenance is great he does what he can being the only one, no backup, just him. Our new apartment manager is a joke she NEVER answers the phone. RUDE when dropping rent off to the lock box. Twin Gables can do better.
Theres no way to comunícate with them Via email don't allowed You over the phone You can't Even leave a messege and I been trying to reach them for months now.
