Very courteous and thorough.
Associate working front desk was very rude to almost every client that walked in. Stated in a rude tone that she didn't care whether people stayed to wait for 3 hours. Also rolled her eyes when clients asked questions. Even while attending to the client she carried around her attitude and talked about them while in the next room. This has been personally one of the worst experiences I ever had at a doctor's office. Expected much more
