We used to live at Twin Fountain Apartments in Mason, OH. We rented two beds apartment. the carpet only covers two bedrooms, not large area. the carpet was dirty and worn when we moved in, we did not make damage. after we moved out, we received a bill for refurbishment charge-Carpet: $1380 which is 100% Carpet replacement cost. the carpet was dirty and worn when we moved in, we did not make damage. Just moved here recently & it’s a great place. Everything in my apartment is perfect & if you need maintenance, they come right away. The girls in the office are very pleasant & helpful
We love Twin Fountains. We had an AC emergency during the weekend, it was late at night, I placed the service request and guess what, minutes later, yes minutes, Casey, the Maintenance Supervisor showed up and did some troubleshooting and had our AC back up running again, all within an hour. That was awesome!!! Thanks a lot guys and kudos for Casey
I'm in my 6th year and the experience has been excellent, I had a minor problem that was taken care of in about 2 hours. No complaints here.
Avoid this place at all cost I had the worst experience when I rented this apartment. Not only is the management extremely rude and unhelpful, the manager is extremely greedy and dishonest. They would do everything to squeeze money out of your pocket. Here are the few examples: (1) My neighbor, who has lived there for many years and who has not missed any payment, entered his new bank account number online with one digit wrong. I love living here! Upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and now a 3 bedroom! Maintenance exceeds all expectations! I am beyond pleased to be a resident here at Twin Fountains! Facebook won't let me change my rating but I give this place 5 stars!!!!
