At the end of the day they are a car dealership, I had previously been very happy with Art and all in all he is a very nicely presenting person. I was highly disappointed taking my car in for an “inspection” only to find out it was a $300 oil change and nothing more. Out of the VW dealerships this is probably the best one.
Without a doubt, the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. From the second we got there and met with David, we experienced such a great level of kindness, professionalism and knowledge. He was a joy to be around and not only made the whole experience faster and more enjoyable than any other car buying experience I've ever had, but has made me want to strongly recommend this gem of a dealership to other people as well!
Bought a 2018 F150 here, right after the warranty ended it got a check engine light and had a hard time working. I hadn’t been driving anywhere far besides work and back. I took it to a mechanic shop and it had a misfire on 2cylinders. They said the wires had electrical tape on them and that could be a problem. They said I will need new fuel injectors. Don’t buy a vehicle from here unless it’s brand new
