Have no personal experience with this company. I have a buddy that has had nothing but problems with them. There was baseboard heaters in the crawl space that ran all winter long to keep the pipes from freezing that made their power bill skyrocket. The company new about them but did not inform him or try to help him out with it. Rats everywhere that destroyed the wiring in his vehicle. Pearl is one of the best in the business!
Twin Falls Rentals is NOT a company you want to deal with. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. I moved into a small one bed late last August. It was perfect size for a single person. Upon pre inspection I made sure she documented the previous water damage I noticed. The wood under the cupboard in the bathroom had water stains. But I noticed no immediate leaks.
