Good experience. Professional, kind and friendly.
The experience at Twin Falls today was a good one. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. You won’t go wrong with Dr Lantzberg. He always wants to make sure that you are happy with his work.
I chose this dentist because my dad goes there and I had a broken front tooth. The staff was really friendly. The dentist was amazing. He explained everything that was happening and I didn't experience any pain while the dentist was working on my mouth which is a major plus. I definitely would recommend them . If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I have been going to this office for at least 8 years. Dr. McPherfson was wonderful. When he became ill a parade of fill-ins began and nothing was the same. I went to another office last week for a second opinion on something and found, to my dismay. that there was a myriad of issues that should have been addressed two to three years ago. Needless to say I was surprised and upset. Because of this I would have to give this office less than a stellar rating.
