I paid $100 for consultation and cleaning. I did not need a cleaning at the time. I was told I could get my teeth cleaned at no charge on my next appointment. On my next appointment they asked for my insurance. I provided but said I was owed a cleaning. They said well let us run it thru your insurance anyway and we will see if it’s covered. If it is not, we will give you complimentary cleaning.??? Sounded suspicious but I agreed. Well, it was declined by my out of network insurance.
