The instructor Vince is a really good teacher
Mats, bags, ring, timers, weights, bars, etc. Full contact, light contacts, timing drills, power drills, distance drills. It’s all there. I train regularly and can’t complain about a dam thing.
There is so much to say about this extraordinary establishment I don't even know where to begin. My life changed dramatically for the better, after training with Mic and Martin McNamara, at Twin Dragon. I was one of their new members, shortly after they opened on Yonge Street north of Sheppard, in 1973. In less than 6 months, my confidence skyrocketed, not only regarding self defense, but everything else as well. My daughter takes Kickboxing here and she loves it. The instructor's are amazing and friendly. Highly recommend checking them out. UPDATE: it's been almost 7 months since my daughter has been going and what a difference in physical abilities and strength not to mention her kickboxing skills. She's listening better at home and I can't say enough about her Sifu who is caring and cares about the group of kids in her class.
