RecommendedDon is super helpful, always upbeat, and always carries my supplies to the car for me when I have my 1 year old. (so appreciated!) We only go to him for all our pool needs. He even gave my daughter a duck whom we’ve named “Don the duck”. Lol. Highly recommend.

Don is fantastic! We have been using Twin Dolphins since 1997 after pool installed. I wouldn’t use anyone else for our pool guidance regarding chemicals. He hits the mark every time we take a water sample in. I don’t always feel good about my test ability!! More the reading! Anyhow I have highly recommended the team at Twin Dolphins and probably always will !!
I came in frustrated with my above ground pool filter and the lack of service from the manufacturer. By the time I left i had exactly what I needed and got my filter up and running within minutes. Such a great experience.

Don is AWESOME!!! I bought a used pool on line found out it had a huge hole in it. He walked me through patching it and wouldn't let me buy the kits or patches. I am so grateful for his kindness. He also carries pool chemicals that my friends with chlorine allergies can swim in. I owe him a HUGE DEPT OF GRATITUDE BEST PLACE AROUND FOR YOUR POOL NEEDS Five stars are not enough for their customer service!!!
Owner Don Nielson is super kind! I arrived just before closing and he didn't act like he was in a big rush to get out of there, he was happy to help and was extra nice to my daughter. Super awesome customer service, I don't write reviews often but this is deserved. Thanks Don!
