My experience here was less than pleasant. What dentist need to understand is that when a client comes in they are hiring them. The opinions are valued, however they don't get to tell any adult what is going to happen (it's simply not their choice). I was prepared to start the process of getting implants. He said oh you don't need that, what you were born with is the best. Then as a new hygienist was cleaning my teeth a few months later (being very unprofessional at that). I had the root canal from hell by Dr. Wong. Five days of intense pain and throbbing that went right up to my temple. The worse thing was calling his office to tell them to cancel any future appointments because I was never going back there. The receptionist just kept interrupting with, "we advise all our patients that there will be some soreness." Soreness! I was drugging myself to sleep to escape the pain.
