I left here 2 years ago but almost forgot to mention what happened. 1,000 dollar security deposit might as well read as (additional rent payment that we keep regardless of damages or anything else) my place was spotless with ZERO DAMAGE I took pictures of everything and proved it to the management. They charged me 300+ for painting the apartment after I left that’s funny there wasn’t anything to paint. Misc charges of roughly 500 bucks that made no sense at all. I font rent or live here however I do visit businesses here and the chiropractic business lacks the handicap stripping in front of the sidewalk ramp so cars park there and make it hazardous for falls
