After moving out of my townhome i was hoping to get back my deposit but they only sent me half of my over 5k deposit. When i asked about the charges all they said was that they were comfortable with the move out statement. They charged me for things that 1) I never damaged and 2) they charged me $375 for not disposing of a washer and dryer that were in the unit before I moved in. THEY WERENT MINE!! Seeing these low ratings doesn’t surprise me in the least. Twin Dunce Crown would be a more appropriate name for the company. I wish there were a lower rating as I spoke to the rudest person. No, thank you as there are plenty of helpful and friendly places from which to rent.
Most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. There isn't one redeeming member of the management team. You will never get your deposit and good luck getting them to return your calls. Stay as far away as possible.
Man on the phone was very rude and argumentative when I called asking about a tour. He insisted I verbally agree to a 2 year lease and when I mentioned maybe I would still be interested after seeing the place, very reasonable, he declined to even give me a tour LOL. After looking at the rest of these reviews I dodged the biggest apartment bullet in Ohio 100%. If that's how they treat potential customers I wouldn't live here rent free..
Management is horrible, if I could get out of lease with my deposit I would. They don't even put salt down where people need to dump their trash.
