Alex & staff were fantastic. Alex is a very nice guy, explained things clearly, and made painful/uncomfortable procedures more tolerable than they otherwise would've been. I hope to not need their services again but if I do, this place would be first choice for me and my family.
Highly recommend Alex and his staff at Twin Creeks Orthopedics. They are all extremely friendly and welcoming. The work they do is awesome and comforting. The neuropathy treatment I’m getting in my feet is certainly helping. Do not hesitate to make an appointment.
I went for knee pain and the staff was so wonderful. The people at the front desk were so welcoming and cheerful. Alex was amazing!!! He took the time to educate me and evaluated my knee issues and put me on a path to reduce my pain and avoid surgery.
Had a great experience at Twin Creeks Ortho. The staff were caring and attentive and Alex was very insightful and made sure we understood the impacts of our choices. Although we ultimately needed to go the surgeon route, we were so impressed with Alex’s caring attitude and desire to help us find our best options. Rare to find someone with a desire to help the way Alex and his staff did.
