This dental office deserves 10000 stars! From the moment I first called to make my appointment it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff is so kind and professional. I had my first patient visit a couple weeks ago. The Dr didn’t rush through my exam and was very informative and patient while explaining my treatments. We have been here at twice now, once for my wife and once for our teen. Both times the entire team was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. I am so happy that we found Twin Creek Dental as we had tried a few others in the area and we had horrible experiences. The cleaning was exceptionally thorough, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service—my shiny teeth and I are very happy!
Very bad customer services!! The hygienist called Bri or Brea is the worst hygienist I've ever encountered! She was rude, not professional at all and she kept rushing through my appointment. She started looking my X-ray, examine my teeth and start diagnosing right off the bat, which I believe it's illegal because only DDS or DMD can do examinations and diagnoses.
