Very bad customer services!! The hygienist called Bri or Brea is the worst hygienist I've ever encountered! She was rude, not professional at all and she kept rushing through my appointment. She started looking my X-ray, examine my teeth and start diagnosing right off the bat, which I believe it's illegal because only DDS or DMD can do examinations and diagnoses. Disspointed, I recently moved to San Ramon and have been searching for a new dentist, and I decided to give a try on this clinic based on Google's reviews. I went in , and everthing went smoothly until the bills came in, first they asked my to pay around $200 out of package which they indicated it would cover two appointment's procedure. Our first visit to see Dr Daniel was amazing. Our whole family is now patients of Twin Creeks Dental and we are so happy to have found them! The entire team are so kind and thoughtful with wonderful communication. Dr Daniel is incredibly gentle and thorough and explains everything with great detail. Such a clean, modern and lovely practice as well!
Dr. Daniel was lovely. I have been looking for a good dentist for a number of years after the dentist that I LOVED retired, and I finally found him. He was gentle and took time to understand the problems I was having. Then he posed solutions that no one had ever suggested to me. I am delighted with him and his friendly and efficient staff.
I had my first Implant procedure done at Twin Creek Dental and I was so pleased with the work Dr Daniel done for me. Dr Daniel done the whole procedure in timely manner without any pain. During the procedure Dr Daniel kept me calm and kept the conversation on. The Assistants were so caring and helpful during the whole procedure. When I left Twin Creek Dental Office I felt so good with my Implant. I will highly recommend my friends to Twin Creek Dental for good Dental care.
