Refusal of follow up treatment because they claimed insurance did not pay the bills. Instead of telling me that there was a billing issue, they just ignored my calls for treatment. Wendy their billing coordinator claimed that she had no record of my attempts to schedule. Furthermore, she refused to schedule a new appointment, saying that my previous bills had not been paid. Always recommend this place to people who have any problems, staff is awesome and place is super clean everyone there is very knowledgeable and Dr. Putnam is awesome. 10/10 recommend
I had an great experience! Sierra was very friendly from the moment I walked in. Dr. Putman was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I left feeling much better and truly appreciated the level of care I received. I highly recommend this office!
