Wish I could give 0 stars. I tried to contact them about a property listed for sale via phone and email twice. Did not get a response on any of them and a day later, the property was now listed as “pending”. Not sure if it made a difference to whether or not I could have purchased the property. But that’s just bad business. At least respond and tell me it’s not available. Just a little insight into what you can expect from their customer service.
Very unhelpful during the home buying process. Does not bother to answer emails. Has properties listed as as available that have been under contract for weeks. Working with Jimmy is virtually the same as working by yourself.
