I had the pleasure of meeting with the designated leasing agent, Ms. Kia, at Twin Coves and she was the absolute sweetest! Sir/madam I sent a text message to the leasing office about my bathroom commode that was dislocated to the point where it was impossible for me to use the bathroom without falling down. Immediately, Mr Theron was "deployed" to Apt D and solve the issue and a split second. I was amazed!!!
