The atmosphere ? ... light and open, peaceful, everything in good taste and devoid of garish or juvenile accoutrements. The professionals ? ... reasonable, skilled, mature, and emotionally healthy. Except for phone addicts who pollute any environment, the waiting area is quiet, the check in well organized, and the support staff, kind. If I had to, I wouldn't know how to fault them.

I've had good and bad experiences with twin counties. The bad experiences always happened in the Catskill office so I refuse to go to that one I like the Hudson office so much better. Some counselors talk to you like your beneath them though like you're not as good as them I feel and it's not cool.

If you're looking for a 2 week inpatient rehab then go here... if you are looking for actual help or counseling I would just go to the free aa group meetings and talk to your primary about medicine to help quit drinking... if you're looking for decent help go else were, this is a huge waste of time... sure they are nice people, however they are obligated to basically say "unless you're a criminal with active charges, we can't help you, you need to help youself!"
