Philippe and his crew did an excellent job installing my new AC unit. They were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation efficiently. Everything is working perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Twin Cooling LLC.
I received poor service from Jean Raymond when he came to check my AC unit; he told me it was low on refrigerant and that I needed to replace the entire unit. He added refrigerant on Friday afternoon, but by Saturday at noon, it had already leaked out. Even though he knew there was a leak, he didn't even bother to locate the fault, yet he charged me $200.00. We are so impressed with this company! We called today around 4 p.m., and they showed up by 5pm. We were originally told by another company that we needed a whole new AC unit and would be without air until Friday. Thankfully, we got a second opinion here. The technician quickly diagnosed the real problem, and within 20 minutes, our AC was up and running again. Honest, professional, and efficient saved us thousands of dollars. I called Phillip at 5:30, he was here at 6:30, and had my unit was fixed by 7:00. I was blown away by his customer service and how honest he was.
