We are so impressed with this company! We called today around 4 p.m., and they showed up by 5pm. We were originally told by another company that we needed a whole new AC unit and would be without air until Friday. Thankfully, we got a second opinion here. The technician quickly diagnosed the real problem, and within 20 minutes, our AC was up and running again. Honest, professional, and efficient saved us thousands of dollars. Our AC died on us today. I was referred to Twin Cooling Inc by my brother in law, who spoke very highly about this company. I called Phillip at 5:30, he was here at 6:30, and had my unit was fixed by 7:00. I was blown away by his customer service and how honest he was. Just before he arrived we were quoted between 5k and 20k for the fix or a new unit all together. Our AC feels amazing and we cannot thank this company enough. This is the worst ac guy I ever dealt with very unprofessional I will not recommend him to anybody his company is a ripoff he deserves a zero in my opinion
