Multiple times using this facility. Easy to deal with. I have to edit this review from a 5 to a 1. I had my stuff in their outside units for the last two years from down sizing. The seal to the bottom of the overhead door had deteriorated and there was a gap where dirt and rain was blowing in. It ruined a couple things and there was a layer of dirt on everything exposed. Such a great group of people to rent from! Way better than my experience with UHaul!!! These guys are affordable, they are sweet, and they made the renting process incredibly easy!!! Thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰
The doors are garbage on the units. Not easy to open or relock them because the latches are a pain to work with. The ropes are worn out and break. Avoid getting a unit to the far left because you can't get your vehicle over there because there really isn't a drive, especially if it is raining because it the water just sits there, creating a pond.
