Be prepared for annual increases and they will require that you have your own ins. If you do not provide the proof annually, they will force it on you, despite not necessarily needing it. New owners who took over this property a few years ago have been a nightmare to deal with--especially by forcing that insurance on you. What is the kickback that they are getting from the insured monthly for each policy? They wanted a copy of my DL to continue to rent from them. For a storage unit where I kept files and boxes? Pound sand.
