Don't rent from 2105 Oak Park the building is more than 100 years old. The windows are extremely drafty, there is no central air/heating. During winter the heat is on during the time the main office is open once they leave it's off all night. Forget about space heaters they cause the breakers to switch off then your without power until the next morning. Don't let me forget to mention the bedbugs and roach infestation to which they refuse to have professionals fumigation the buildings. Be warned.

I moved in here, March 2022 and regretted it ever since. In the last two years, I have had to deal with bedbugs a tub and Sink barely any hot heat during the winter time. Radko excuses for not being Or buy bombs to get rid of the problem that is invested the whole building. I’m at a point right now that I’m ready to sue because this is not being a veteran at the VA has failed me in this apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Hines VA moved me here in the beginning of 2021 and it was the worst decision I ever made! The people in this building are corrupt and take part in major crimes, it’s filled with pests, and very unsafe! They target tenants here. I caught at least 6 mice in traps within the first month of living here and had to purchase a cat to hunt them. The landlord did nothing.
