Honestly, the houses and maintenance is fine. The problems begin when you don’t resign the lease; they basically forget you’re a person. They’ll give you less than 24 hr notice of showings and won’t message you if something goes wrong. And once it’s time to send your refund, they’ll nickel and dime you as much as they can AND write the check wrong. TCP has been top notch with any maintenance request, additional deposits or anything that I have needed. Maintenance responds very fast and completes the task correctly. The office staff is very friendly and doesn’t lie to you. Montreal has honored his words and Cameron is so great in the office!
Twin City has a wonderful staff--in the office on Texas and in maintenance. Five-Star all the way.
Twin City Properties is a great place to live ! Twin City Properties treat you like you should be treated with respect and care . We been here since November 2025 and really enjoying the Duplex we rented, the neighbors are great .If you put work orders in online ,Twin City Properties Maintenance crew is right on it, sometimes it takes a few days but your not forgotten.Their very responsible and professional.
