Horrible respect when they renovate… if I could give zero stars I would….
Sign with TCP if you enjoy removing 115 staples from your walls, broken promises, and sudden visits preceded with little or no communication despite written agreements to prevent this.
The property manager was nice and patient prior to move in. However I have had several issues since moving into my new home. It took weeks to get a working stove and my refrigerator/freezer is not working properly. I've been here less than a month and I've had to throw out a stocked fridge 3 times now! I asked if there would be any compensation for the waste and was told no, however they also don't seem to be able to provide working appliances.
Apartment had issues but was decent for the price I was paying when I first signed in 2021. They increased the rent in 2023, still okay but not as good of a deal. Rent went up again in 2024, at which point it was no longer worth it. They won’t work with you in terms of final inspection date. They will charge you for all sorts of things upon moving out like “dirty microwave cleaning” (which was left spotless) or “carpet replacement” (carpet was already worn out when I moved in and was left clean).
