Was a resident for three years, do not rent here especially not a top floor unit!! they will use that as an excuse for any AC issues you have later on. We had zero issues the first year with our AC it worked perfectly, after we resigned the AC started struggling and would not cool the apartment below 87 to 90 degrees, we sent in upwards of a dozen maintenance requests and the issue was never resolved. My experience with TCP over the years has been excellent. Things happen and the maintenance team is extremely reliable. Patricia is the first contact and background manager. She listens to the concerns, is friendly, and professional. The technicians are respectful, knowledgeable, and get the task(s)) completed (big or small).
