I have lived at a twin city property for almost 2 years now. I have never had any major issues until recently. With the Texas heat you will always expect a/c issues. I had an immediate response from maintnenace. Maria, Patricia, Montreal, Parker and the maintnenace team have been amazing. Honestly, the houses and maintenance is fine. The problems begin when you don’t resign the lease; they basically forget you’re a person. They’ll give you less than 24 hr notice of showings and won’t message you if something goes wrong. And once it’s time to send your refund, they’ll nickel and dime you as much as they can (even on a shower curtain rod I BOUGHT MYSELF and safety equipment that is their responsibility) AND write the check wrong.
