I have had an excellent experience with Twin City Properties! Montreal was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find a property for a swift move-in and even managed to help me move in a day earlier, despite all the challenges.
I lived at twin city property’s for 3 years and it was an amazing experience. When you call or text they answer your questions. When something breaks they fix it fast. Very fair pricing and great quiet neighborhood! Overall this was a great place to live, I highly recommend!
This place looks great at first, but my experience didn’t match the ‘luxury’ label. It really ended up feeling like a mix of good, bad, and ugly. There are some serious downsides that aren’t obvious during a tour. I highly recommend doing a deep dive into reviews and discussions online before signing there’s more out there than what’s shown here
While this property presents itself as “luxury,” the day-to-day living experience does not consistently match that standard. The biggest issue is the sound insulation between units. The buildings appear to have been converted from commercial spaces, with extremely thin side walls that allow noise to travel easily between apartments.
