Exceptional team to rent with. They were very helpful throughout the whole process from touring to application, answered all my questions that I had and would get back to me promptly. Once leased they have an app where they handle all their rent, work orders and everything all in one place it makes it easy to be a tenant.
Worst in town. Ugly to the tenants and will try to charge you for things to do not owe. Do not recommend.

I'm sharing a review about a deeply disappointing experience I had with a receptionist named Mia. I called to simply reschedule an appointment, and to my absolute shock, she hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back, I politely asked if there was anyone else I could speak with, hoping to resolve the situation, and her response was a dismissive, "For what?" Maria at TCP is amazing! She was my property manager for two years, and she goes above and beyond to work with people! Maintenance was always punctual and did a great job working around my schedule, and Maria really worked with me on my lease agreement when I had to move for a job change. Highly recommend!
