This place looks great at first, but my experience didn’t match the ‘luxury’ label. It really ended up feeling like a mix of good, bad, and ugly. There are some serious downsides that aren’t obvious during a tour. I highly recommend doing a deep dive into reviews and discussions online before signing there’s more out there than what’s shown here
While this property presents itself as “luxury,” the day-to-day living experience does not consistently match that standard. The biggest issue is the sound insulation between units. The buildings appear to have been converted from commercial spaces, with extremely thin side walls that allow noise to travel easily between apartments. Our overall experiences fine and wonderful we like the neighborhood that's been no problems maintenance has been wonderful but at this date and time after being here over 4 years and about to sign another release we have problems with our appliances the stove is getting real old refrigerator and doors messing up what we just got a new microwave but I will be in to talk with you we have a couple of times they really do need to be replaced other than that everything is just fine thank you have a wonderful day
