Takes too long for them to come out. Like today for instance, the power of the sun will melt snow very fast after shoveling. Still haven't seen a 🚜 today. 😥 No worries....I already shoveled the whole driveway. I'm guessing they rotate routes so sometimes we're first and likely today we're last.
Great service, very affordable, and great response time.
All they did was take my money. Never cleaned mt driveway.
Just got called a fa**ot several times by one of their employees after I honked because he pulled out in front of me and blocked me from passing.
TCL&L has NOT lived up to their contract in my opinion. "open up" service during heavy snowfalls has been non-existent, no service for a recent 2-3" snowfall, no "follow-up service for plow ridge removal, extremely long wait time (over 7 hours) for removal, when they do show up.
Shout out to TCL for clearing away the snow from the fire hydrant today! My back can rest a bit easier tonight! 🤗
Much improved! New with them this year. Some issues with a driver but hopefully issues will be resolved? They are working to help me feel they can be relied on. Came out separately to try to remediate the ice buildup after the plow skipped us. Added salt. Hoping for better service next snowfall! Update: they had another service miss and since then they have really stepped it up and improved service! More what I had hoped! The blower driver is more complete and prompt than when they sent the truck plow earlier. More satisfied... read more
They’re lacking in basic customer service. We needed them to be timely when it comes to snow removal and it was taking longer and longer for someone to show. No return calls either if you leave messages. We’re not the only ones experiencing issues this year. Cancelled our service and hired a new company that had the driveway cleared by 7am.
