Salesman Tom. Great guy! However owner and service after sale is a disaster. Bought tub in April 2025. Leaks and doesn't heat. They sent tech out. He managed to change a setting and it started heating. Still leaks. They finally come get it. It's almost August. I still don't have a working hot tub. They don't return calls. EVER. A+. These guys are great people.
Make sure you ask and understand the warranty or lack there of. Ours isn’t even 4 years old and already have to replace pump and cover. That’s about 2 grand. Not counting 3 pressure switches. Which are cheap but annoying. Make no mistake these are great when they work just understand everything goes to hell right as your warranty expires. It’s a money pit.
