What could Twin City Honda/Suzuki do better? Man, that's a loaded question. Customer service would be a start. I'm not trying to be rude, but with the lack of CS you're providing, you'll never grow and will continue to stay where you are now and will eventually shrink to nothing. There's a lot of competition out there that provide the customer service people are looking for. When you look at your books and wonder why they are stagnant, think about the service you're providing...
