They did not want my money. Called last Friday and left a very detailed message with a "Steve"; it is now the following Thursday, and no one has called back. Dunno if they do good work involving garage doors, but phones seem to be a challenge.
I was missing a part for a garage door opener I bought from Costco. I called TWGD at 3:53pm, which was 7 minutes before closing. I live in Savage. They said they would stay open until I could get there. They delivered. Background: I disassembled and removed our old garage door last Thursday, March 19 during the afternoon and planned to finish Friday. I really hate to post this but need to warn others... Not to all from seeing other people's reviews but we had a bad experience. A tech came to install a door & tracks, he discovered he was given wrong size track. Instead of informing me, he went to try to rig it going to cut into the metal track to try and make it fit instead of going to get the right size track & not even telling his Mgr. Also, bolts were drilled-- in between- the 2 by fours instead of going right into the actual wood part . Butchered up our drywall with c... read more
