A great experience! Peter M is amazing, he diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and explained what the issue was. No hype, no hard sell to replace anything else, no dire warmings about how old it is. I've used other companies in the past and it's always a pressure to buy more. They've are now my go to for any future garage door issues.
