Steve and his team at the Elkton plant are pleasant to work with, well run facility, you can tell they take pride in what they do. Quality products!
Having issues even trying to get a hold of someone over at Twin City. Forced to leave a voicemail for Customer service and over 2 weeks later cannot even get them to pick up their phones.
Twin City's warranty is very disappointing. Several new fans we recently bought from them don't work, and the warranty apparently doesn't cover them. We contacted their customer service to resolve the issue, but they do not want to stand behind their products. Because of this experience, I can't recommend Twin City to others.
