The office had no full time front desk staff when I was there and is located in a strip mall. I went there to get a scan prior to an implant and the operator of the scan equipment didnt appear to know how to run the machine, the dentist needed to come in and explain everything to her. After all of this, I got a call a couple of weeks later stating that they no longer were going to be doing implants so I needed to start the entire process over elsewhere.
