Unfortunately, I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience at Twin City. What should have been an exciting car purchase quickly turned into stress and frustration. Not long after taking the vehicle home, it became clear that I had been sold a lemon. I expected transparency, and a reliable vehicle—none of which I received. Buyer be ware. I sent them a quote I received from another Honda dealership and they said they can save me money and come on in. Sales person I dealt with was very personable which was great due to the lack of never seeing or talking to a manager the whole time we were there, not even a hello or even sorry for wasting your time. Anyway, not only did the manager mark up the vehicle $6000 dollars from the internet price for so called accessories no where to be found in the vehicle and paint and other protections not on the veh... read more
The service and personnel were exceptional.
This has been the BEST car buying experience EVER!!! Mike and Gina made everything so easy driving from Atlanta to Tennessee we were worried that we would be there all day and the process took no more then 2 hours and we were back on 75 headed home in our new truck, they asked us ahead of time what kind of car we wanted and had us ready to ride within the HOUR with exactly we needed…..I will be back and I will be sending everyone I know looking for a car to Mike and Gina! Thanks a million times for everything Mike&Gina!!!!
