4 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service I was told the car would be ready the next day, when, in fact, all the parts were not even in the shop. I took the rental car back and was about to hand over the keys when I decided to call to make sure my car was ready. It was not! It happened on a Friday, so we would have been without a car all weekend. Communication with us was a total mess. 5 Star : Returned Clean
