5 Star : My Experience To let customers know there’s a fee to use a debit/credit card. Even if there is signage, customers are not having vehicles repaired daily to know this information and it’d be nice to know this upfront in the event you don’t see the sign and are not told that you can pay cash to avoid a fee. The deductible is already being paid by the owner with insurance companies covering the rest and although it’s 3%, that shouldn’t be the case for your clients.
