Chris was excellent. Great customer service all around. The visit was short, friendly, and effective. I highly recommend upgrading from basic service to the best as Chris had explained. Chris sold me on it with his presentation and we are so glad he recommended it. ALL STAINS and ODORS no matter how old or bad are GONE leaving a beautiful NON POTENT smell. Ask for Chris to be your service representative if you want a PLEASANT and THOROUGH experience.

Do not give these jokers any of your money. They do not deserve anything. Called them, I admit at an unconventional time, 1:30 a.m. Someone answers, I explained I needed service possibly next day, hangs up, doesn't answer again. That joker doesn't deserve the dirt water this fish tank spilled on the carpet I was inquiring the price to clean up. Cannot do his job, do not call ask upon his service, is not interested in his basic occupation.
