In general, my experience with TCO has been mediocre at best. They do have some good doctors, but their administrative system is a huge pain. Went into their orthopedic urgent care and was seen almost immediately. X-rays were taken and my options were outlined. The staff from the front desk to the x-ray techs to the diagnostic team are friendly, professional and reassuring. A shout out to Owen, Morgan, Sky and Dan. Many thanks!

Everyone in this office is very professional and competent--on time, efficient and pleasant to work with.

MY recent visit to TCO Urgent was terrible. The PA on that day was dismissive and even said,"I can't listen to this. I have crowds of people waiting for me" while there was nobody in the waiting room. He lacked compassion for my pain and was flippant about my circumstances. DP are his initials. People do not go to urgent care for fun. They go because they are in pain and need help. I would reconsider this location . MY whole experience has been less than. I would have expected better from an organization.

He informed me that the x-rays showed osteoarthritis, the cause of the hand pain. We discussed the best ways to treat the problem. He prescribed Prednisone to help the inflammation and pain. Also, I can use Aleve once a day or once every other day to continue helping. I will keep my appointment with Laura Koch on September 22. I am not get... read more
