Front desks didn't seem to have an eye out for Patients (-1 star) Dr Omar was fantastic! Efficient, and thorough, explained very helpful stuff and also helped me learn how to pronounce "occipital " I told him i was really physically uncomfortable and he explained where the symptoms were coming from, and helped with Neurology referral. I was able to finally relax after the appointment with him, knowing I wouldn't break my neck inadvertently with all the pops and cracks that I've been feeling. Dr Marek was very easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly. He is a gifted Dr with a support staff ready and able to assist with any issues you may have.
They will refuse to see you and won't tell you why. The front desk gal blamed it on a system glitch, however it sounded like she just wanted it to be someone else's problem. I have a lot of Epic experience, and I do believe there was quite a bit of dishonesty going on.
