Concrete showed up 2 hours late, trucks are supposed to be 20 minutes apart and they were up to 45 minutes apart. Terrible organization and communication. They can expect a back charge for 12 guys standing around waiting on a truck to show up.
This company and location is a great example of a quality family owned and operated business. The new Area Operations Manager, Matthew Schwarz, seems(from what I can tell)very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I would recommend these folks in this area of Oklahoma.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a 50x70 pad for a steel building poured...and everything that could go wrong went wrong, but not on the part of twin cities. Our gravel driveway gave out underneath the 2nd of 6 trucks, and the back wheel of the truck sunk 2ft into the ground. Without getting into the details of the 15 hour long saga - they sent out multiple managers to work with us through it, changed out the trucks so we would get fresh concrete and helped us find solutions so we wouldn't lose the pad.
