Absolutely horrible care. I feel this clinic sets up to fail. If you have any issues and need to speak to someone you will sit on hold for hours and if you leave a message it’s completely ignored. I even used the portal to message them and got no reply. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!! I moved to Ispine pain clinic and they not only listened but came up with a plan to help me. They have different procedures and are very positive and encouraging. I would say review your clinics before you go there.

Please fix the section on your website where there is a link that states leave a patient review. When clicked on the link doesn't work... hmmmm. Odd.
RecommendedThe staff has always gone out of their way to get me in for appointments for trigger point injections and to see my nurse when I need to talk to her. I personally think this is an A+ clinic because I can talk to my CPN about all my health concerns and how I'm so frustrated. She has recommended some top doctors around the Twin Cities also.

RecommendedThe staff at TCPC Maple Grove is Fantastic! Always friendly and willing to help with any issues. Aimee is so compassionate and understanding and genuinely cares about how I'm feeling and what I'm going through. I couldn't ask for any better.

I thought a first this was a good place till October when they were going to submit auth for spinal cord stimulation. They lied about it being sent to my insurance than they told me it was denied by them but it wasn't sent to them they said my insurance was a company that was my network pricing not the actual insurance. I have attempted to reach out to the staff in the billing office to talk to them about the auth process that is going to be required by my insurance but they have not replied to the voicemail and email that I... read more
