I needed a certain medication and he wrote a prescription for me.
Honestly, I don’t even know. I repeatedly came back for dislocating knees. And they kept telling me to just do some exercises. It wasn’t until I went to another place in Woodbury that I got the help I needed. And now I’m doing so much better. It turned out I needed surgery and TCO kept telling me, “oh it’s fine”

When I made the mistake of going to the wrong location and missed appointment. I asked if the PA could just relay the results of my MRI over the phone and she said that she cannot do this. Deposition assessment also said that she does not take any virtual appointments
I asked to consult with a specific orthopedic surgeon and a substitute representative was seen,with suggestions already tried with out success. Not toooo happy!
