Very nice and thorough doctor. I appreciated that she checked my past medical history. But doesn’t prescribe pain relief
Edit: about an hour after this review they did reach out. Still a bit frustrating because it was to tell me results came in yesterday, I just have to wait to speak to someone before they can be socialized/delivered to the portal. At this point I'd rather just get them in the portal right away. I'll update it to 2 stars -edit end- I really wanted to score TCO Plymouth high because generally speaking my experience in office was not bad at all. The front desk people were great, the provider was professional. Unfortunately the nurse was unprofessional which really tainted my experience
