They were late to see me every time. Told me I need more appointments then the doctor recommended for a very minor injury. Over charged me at multiple appointments. The billing company they use won't get back to me. It really seems like they are trying pinch every penny they can from the customer and then they don't have to deal with complaints.
Front end of the experience was great surgeon was awesome. Love the physical therapy person but the reason I am a two star review is the billing department.. they conveniently take down payment for a surgery for themselves, but there’s no communication throughout their subcontractors like the anesthesiologist and the surgery center, so I randomly have something in collections from the anesthesiologist and TCO feels like they’re not obligated to complete the job and communicate all the insurance info to their people that they... read more
Went in on a Tuesday to grab something and we're not prepared and not ready. Should have been a simple 30 seconds in and out the door but wound up having to leave without getting what I needed. First time I was there was not bad.
Everyone at TCO Otsego were very friendly, got in quick. Dr was very concerned and made a great judgement. Staff was very helpful.
