My son was seen for potential Calcium hydroxyapatite tendonitis. The radiologist looked at his MRI and stated that was what he had. However, Dr. Bisch completely blew him off. Told him to go on steroids. My son then went to Summit and had more imaging to which the dr there said he had a large calcium deposit in his shoulder and scheduled him for a procedure to remove it. It’s completely unacceptable. It’s malpractice. Dr. Bisch is careless and incompetent and should not be practicing medicine.
I had a great experience with Dr O’Keefe including his staff as well as Amy and Andy on the PT side. I can’t say enough good things about them. On the flip side, their customer service at the front desk has been beyond disappointing. I will not be coming back.
So far so good. Pretty knowledgeable about carpal and other issues if you do the research and plan ahead. May just be my experience for now will update as it goes along but thus far they’ve managed to advocate for me to potentially get EKG’s. Can’t hope for much more. Had to call and have another delayed date on an ENG apparently? Funny enough Krista was just behind. Know life is busy, but in a relaxing environment? Come on. If you are coming to this location and are referred to or seen by Dr. Bisch be prepared for him to not really care about your issues as demonstrated by his lack of bedside manners, accusatory tone, does not review imaging with patients and explains what results mean. Does a haphazard physical exam assessment. Pretty much does the bare minimum of his high paying job so he can spend more time flirting with the young medical assistance - observed and heard conversations I wish I hadnt.
