Went in on a Tuesday to grab something and we're not prepared and not ready. Should have been a simple 30 seconds in and out the door but wound up having to leave without getting what I needed. First time I was there was not bad.
Everyone at TCO Otsego were very friendly, got in quick. Dr was very concerned and made a great judgement. Staff was very helpful.
Very organized, very friendly, very informative
This was my second appointment. I assumed I would be seeing Dr. Jason Berry who I felt comfortable with and we had a plan for my knee moving forward. I saw a different Doctor for 2nd visit and felt a little uncomfortable. Moving forward I would like my appointments with Dr.Berry.
I came there with a sore knee and the nurse gave me an iinjection which helped alot. It was not painful and helped alot.
