Amazing providers!
TCO did a great job when I visited the Maple Grove location. They are very professional, and were able to get me in to see a PA during my urgent care visit, and they answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.
I recently brought my daughter to TCO to be evaluated for a concern. The provider who saw us appeared visibly irritated by our presence and was dismissive when I asked a follow-up question about her ankle. He instructed me to check in again and schedule a separate appointment if I had concerns about another body part. As a nurse with many years of experience, I found this behavior deeply disappointing.
