Very unprofessional not knowledgeable at all.
Friendly people and took a drug test with little hassle. Bit of a wait but not a bad waiting room
1:45 after scheduled time for a routine DOT physical and still waiting... Ugh. Am I being punk'd? Just go somewhere else fcol
We have been scheduling our employees here for DOT physicals and Drug Tests for the last 5+ years. With previous owners we rarely had any issues, staff was friendly and accommodating. The last year we have had numerous issues - long wait times, being forgot about while waiting in a room, rude staff, staff forgetting to run tests that were scheduled. We have expressed our concerns to Robert Collupy (the operation director) on a few separate occasions and were treated very poorly. He was extreme rude and instead of listening t... read more
