Dr. Brandon at Twin Cities Movement was incredibly helpful in treating a strained rotator cuff in my shoulder. I was afraid that surgery would be my only option, but over the course of a few sessions with Brandon, my range of motion and strength both came back. Treatments included a variety of stretching, movement, and weight training exercises. He also gave me some exercises for me to do at home and continue my treatment on my own. Highly recommend!
I’m on my 4th week with Dr Brandon, we are working on a complex hip and knee issue that has kept me from running for over a year. His expertise, compassion, dedication and inquisitive clinical nature is restoring my ability to run again!!!!!!!! I’m committed to his weekly therapy sessions, the very specific daily exercises he prescribes, because I can see it working. FINALLY I have answers! So grateful for you Dr Brandon! Dr Brandon is helping me regain mobility in my neck and low back after a rear-end collision this winter. I'm glad to be able to keep doing my activities while I heal, thanks to treatments and exercises during our sessions that keep me on track.
