Good people, it was late in the evening, and Mitch still showed up to look at our furnace.
We cannot say enough great things about Twin Cities. We have used them for repairs and maintenance for over 20 years and service is always quick and reliable. It’s so hard to find quality businesses like this that you can develop and keep a lasting relationship with.
Dan and Mitch (son) did a great job installing my furnace. They arrived promptly and were thorough in explaining what was wrong with it. The pricing was a little better than our other quote. More importantly, I appreciated how they handled business. Honest and fair. I felt like I didn't have to worry that I was being sold something I didn't need. Definitely a company I'll be doing business with again in the future.
Twin Cities Heating and Cooling recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our house. It was a pleasure to work with them. They communicated well regarding the installation, were on time, made certain that flooring was protected during the installation, and cleaned everything up before they left. Their prices are very good too. I would highly recommend them.
