Very unfriendly place Over the years I've been here a few times. Yes, there are some okay people working the floor. However, their service department is unfriendly, condescending, and unwilling to help with the most basic requests.After my treatment the other day (call me spiteful if you want) I will take some small pleasure in steering my friends away from these jerks.These people would happily ride right past you on the road if you needed a hand from a fellow biker.
sales I love this place .AJ in sales was the best I have ever delt with .My next bike will be there and with him,I've also told all my buds.
If there was zero stars, I would have selected that POOR poor service. The sale gets the customer .. it's the follow up that keeps the customer. I know first hand that a bike was damaged while in their possession and they were not willing to take responsibility. You can bet that I will be going elsewhere.
