Unfortunately she could not help me as my furnace is old and has asbestos tape. It could not handle the pressure safely. But she was on time, to the point and apologetic. There was no charge and she felt bad. This is a good family company you can trust.
They called the day before my appointment and asked me to return the call. No more to the message than that. I returned the call and did not receive a call back. After taking the day off and waiting two hours past my appointment time I called and was told they had cancelled my appointment due to the service tech being sick. Great Service! I bought a new home and had the floors replaced. So glad I had them come out. They cleaned out so much dust. Grant and Autumn both came out. They arrived on time. They were friendly and knowledgeable (explaining the upper and lower vent system we have). I appreciate they put guards on the corner walls to protect from the running vacuum line. They cleaned our air ducts and dryer vents very thoroughly. I'll use Twin Cities Duct Cleaning again. I highly recommend them.

Twin Cities Duct Cleaning company was recommended to me by the carpet cleaning service I used. They explained their 3 levels of cleaning on the phone and I chose the middle level ($199.00). The 2 person crew did a great job and when I saw the filth that came out of the ducts I was sure glad that this was done! They explained everything they were going to do and were personable and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone.
