Had my special need kid get his teeth out and the people were absolutely great to work with. They were very polite and nice and extremely helpful. Becca, Perrin and Arielle took care of my child and I recommend doing any dentistry type with them!
I don't know how well it is within the facility, but my rateing for twin cities towards callcenter/receptionist, is super horrible; if i could rate 0, i would. someone is obviously not doing there job. This is back in Feb 5 and my daughters dentist recommend getting procedure done at a pediatrics. I've emailed this place multiple times, called and left vm plus phone number multiple times, my work even fax the referral, the daughters dentist tried calling, i even had my insurance refer me else where, but she called this place... read more
My 3 year old was in desperate need of dental work due to a broken molar. She was not a candidate for a typical pediatric dentist due to her age and the fact it was likely she would need a crown and other teeth repaired. I was understandably apprehensive for her to go under general anesthesia, but everyone at Twin Cities Children’s Dental Surgery Center made the whole process smooth and seamless. Very unprofessional! This has been the worse experience I’ve ever experienced, my son needs an emergency medical surgery for his teeth. The dentist was Maddie Walter , our appointment was 12:20 and we went at 12pm and we sat there for hours, the people ahead of us kept telling us they’ve been there for 3hrs, one was there from 9am to 2 pm but I didn’t want to leave because this is important and my son has been in so much pain that we can even sleep at night, anyways they came to us at a almost 4pm and told sorry the doctor h... read more
