I just received the worst car wash probably in the history of car washes. I spent $45 expecting it to not have any bugs left on the outside & to be clean on the inside my windows are nasty my front floor mats were not touched and some black sticky stuff is now in my backseat and the only part of the interior I can tell that Was wiped was the dashboard over the steering wheel and the brake Pedal. It's just absolutely ridiculous. 😡😡😡
BE AWARE. TWIN CITIES AND THE OWNER TOMMY RACHAL ARE CRAP!!! They flattened my tire and basically telling me it’s my fault when it went in perfectly fine came out flat as a pancake. They are horrible horrible people. Tommy rachal is a disgusting piece of crap!!! He shouldn’t be able to talk to me the way he did. Absolutely disgusting. Tommy rachal.
RecommendedYesterday I took my car to an automated car wash and we got home and noticed it was only about 3/4 clean. I drove from SE Shreveport to Bossier to Twin Cities because I knew it would get cleaned to perfection. Never disappoints. 5 Stars!
I would give them zero if I could. Poor customer service and poor management!!!
I got my truck washed yesterday and they lost some pieces to my floor mats so I called and was told to come by this morning. The owner, John or Tommy, can’t remember his name told me I needed to take floor mats to dealership and get them replaced and when I asked him why should I have to spend my time getting something fixed his employees messed up, he got madams cursed at me and took the floor mats and said he would get them fixed. Yesterday was beautiful weather so I expected a wait but my car seriously needed an oil change. We got into the lube lane and waited until our turn, told the attendant which lube which was shown on my windshield anyway. Long story short when we picked the car up (we left it there). No oil change. Cashier told me they don’t do oil changes when you are in the lube lane anymore unless you tell them to which we did. Very unhappy with the the way this business is being run now. If you live out of town and your car is cleaned at this POB, check it out completely before leaving. I use to get my carwash here when I resided in LA..no longer what it use to be. Poor inside job explained I lived out of town, gave me 24hrs to get it redone, asked for mngr wouldn't take my call. I know there use to be a mngr by the name of Tommy. River Cities will be getting my business whenever I come in town and need service.
