Called yesterday and a woman answered with kids yelling in the background, couldn’t seem to hear me very well and quoted $169 with no explanation. Window of 1-3PM was given for today. I called 11 minutes before the end of the window as I have plans and she said they weren’t going to get to me today because they only had one plumber on. No idea why she didn’t let me know earlier, I should not have had to call her, and I could have had someone else out.
