Efficient, friendly, professional service and reasonable cost. I appreciated Jack fitting me in on short notice at this time of year and quickly rectifying the issue with my car air con.
Took my car in for a major A/C repair (they replaced the compressor, condenser, o-rings, and thermo fan assembly, plus a full flush and regas). The work itself was excellent, but the customer service was truly second to none. They bent over backwards to accommodate my need for a same-day collection, which was incredibly helpful given my tight schedule. The pricing was fair, and the service was honest and professional.
Aircon Compressor replaced. I called few different auto shop in Townsville and in Cairns, most of them didn't even have availability within a week to check and quote. Twin Cities made time for a free quote and had it replaced not long after parts arrived. Very professional, aircon is working very well and good price compared to others. Thanks!
Had a great experience with this business. Replaced my Ranger single cab Driver window motor and without me asking lubed tracks on both windows and made things run great. Finally a business with integrity that goes above and beyond to provide good service. I highly recommend.
