The third-party bill pay system is nearly impossible to complete. After multiple failed attempts online, I had to call in to pay — which alone raises red flags about legitimacy. To make matters worse, the automated confirmation number is read so quickly it's nearly impossible to catch. It took me five attempts to write it down, which only adds to the feeling that this process is either poorly designed or deliberately obstructive. It's a shame, because the anesthesiologists who assisted me the day of my procedure were great. ... read more

If there was a zero I would give that. I received a bill a year after my surgery. I called and explained that I had paid the bill. I also asked for an itemized bill. I never got one. Received more invoices. I wrote 2 letters requesting a response and again asking for an itemized bill and have never received them. Now I received a letter from a collection agency. Their accounting/billing department is poorly run. Bulling tactics turning it into a collection agency.

Terrible doing medical services from them. We called directly to them and paid off the amount and asked to withdraw collection which they did. Never pay through collections. But be vigilant about dealing with ... read more

They make it physically impossible to pay the bill. They use multiple third party services and require you to make an account to pay. But making an account is broken, so you can't pay. Words cannot express how much of time they have burned.

I don't understand this company. My mom had surgery at Regions at the end of January, and TCA is located in that hospital. All of the Regions/Health partners bills have been processed through Medicare and Ucare. So far we have received two bills from Twin Cities Anesthesia that say "Medicare MN NGS unable to identify patient." This is dumb; the hospital didn't have any trouble with this. One wonders if they are submitting to Medicare AND collecting directly from the patients? This doesn't smell right.
